Hi everyone! I hope that you’re all having a great day. It has been WAY too long since my last post. I don’t know how it happened. I was on such a high after reading Fangirl, and I started reading The Raven Boys, expecting to read it just as fast.
However, even though I’m enjoying it thus far, I just haven’t been reading that much. Instead, I’ve let Skyrim take over my life once again. Lately, whatever free time I have, which isn’t much, I’ve been playing instead of doing bookish things. I even missed a few days of Bookstagram posts. Shocking, I know.
So, I wanted to write a quick post to let all of you know that I am getting back on track. I’m going to go through and catch up on all of the posts that I have missed. I also want to say a big thank you to all of my new followers, I appreciate your support and I promise, there will be more new posts on here again soon.
How do you guys deal with reading slumps? As I’ve mentioned before, they happen to me quite a bit. It’s a problem. I’ll go through periods where I read, and read, and read. And then go through a period where I do anything but read. I wish it wasn’t the case. The other day, my fiancé asked me how my current read was going, and I replied sarcastically, “I’ll never know because apparently I don’t read anymore.” Haha. Obviously, that was an exaggeration, but I still need to overcome this slump. So, if anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with them, I’d love to hear them.
See, my TBR jar is taunting me. Each time I look at it, I feel more guilty. I have so many wonderful books that need to be read. Haha.
Anyway, I won’t ramble on any longer. Hopefully, I’ll overcome this slump soon, and have more exciting things to write about for you lovelies.
Thanks for stopping by,
Liss
I love the idea of a TBR jar. Cute!

Thanks! I got the idea from Bookstagram. It was fun to make it too. 🙂
